	Qualifications:	Successful business owner, high ethics, giver, and learner Must be referred by a member and approved by the board
	Time Involved:	8 Meetings per year, 12:15–2:30pm, includes buffet lunch
	12:30-1:30	Mini-board-of-directors: Intensive problem solving & idea sharing
	1:30-2:30	Speaker & discussion – a national business author or local expert shares their break through ideas on small business success
	Total Cost:	$250 quarterly automated credit card payment
